I wear an 11 1/2 AAA. This size is very difficult to find. I tryed the Propet Men's Stability Walker in 11 1/2 AA and obtiained a very good fit. If this shoe is avaialable when I need another pair, I will deffinately purchase them again.

This was a really nice shoe, but it did not fit properly. It was too small at the toes. Sadly, this was a gift for my dad and he has a hard to fit shoe size anyway and i could not get it in a bigger size.

I am an ex defensive lineman,6'5" 292 lbs., large frame. In my wife's words..."A load on a pair of shoes". I am a geodesic dome consultant, and required on site with anything from mud to concrete, supervising work groups all day. Lots of time on my feet! This is the only shoe I have worn for the last 10 years or so. All the common adjectives apply, but I'm adding, "the best shoe for a person in my work environment". No other shoe has fit the need between rugged and comfortable as well as these. I am placing another order for 2 pair at ths time.

My physical therapist recommended that I buy these shoes because I am diabetic and he is easily able to modify these for me which saves me a lot of money. He alters them so that my toes are protected and I no longer develop ulcers. These are the only shoes I wear 365 days a year. They last me at least a year and a half before I have to replace them with the same thing. The genuine leather just never wears out! The only problem I have had is needing to replace the shoe laces after months of wear. I just love these shoes and I'll keep ordering them as long as they are available.

I returned this because it felt half a size too short and the next size available was a full size larger. The shoe also feels sort of clunky with the wide stability section near the ball of the foot, and a full size larger shoe would have been really clunky.

These shoes felt a little tight, at first, but I felt that a break-in period would remedy that. Since I was treating a foot injury, I couldn't wear them at all, at first. Now they appear to be breaking in nicely, and I wouldn't want them any looser. They shoould get more and more comfortable, and the quality seems to be very good. I also really like the way they look.

I wear these on a daily basis including at work. I have purchased these walkers several times before. They provide adequate support and are comfortable and seem to wear quite well. I do find that the laces on most pairs seem to fail prematurely and as they age, the heels start to separate in layers. The tops outwear the heels.
All in all, I feel that considering the price they are a good value and would recommend them to others for walking and general wear.

Like many shoes in recent years, the manufacturer has tried to add comfort by adding internal padding without increasing the last size to compensate for the interior space this padding consumes. Also, this particular shoe seems to have a more tapered toe than the last pair of this model that I purchased a few years ago. The manufacturer needs to increase the interior room, or at least label the size a half size smaller to accurately reflect the foot size that can be accommodated. The interior lining tends to wear prematurely, and the very thin bottom layer of the sole tends to delaminate as the shoe wears. On the plus side, these are the most comfortable shoes for extended walking that I have ever worn.

I never commented on a product in my life. When I saw the opportunity to comment on this shoe, I couldn't wait! You have to wear them to believe them. I walked the Las Vegas strip from 8am to 11pm one day and my feet and legs were not tired at all. I felt as strong and as lively as when I started out in the morning. I ALWAYS have issues with my feet and legs after an ample amount of serious walking. I need to buy 10 pair to make sure I always have another on hand. PLEASE do not stop making this shoe exactly like you do now.

I have used these for so many years, I can't do without them. I have tried many more expensive brands, but have never found an equal. It's great to see [...] carrying this item, it's not always easy to find. I have been diabetic for 45 years for the last 15 of those I have run into many common foot problems for diabetes. Even my professional orthopedic specialist is enamored with these shoes.

The soles do not wear out. I like the wide widths available, I have a very wide foot. I use the 5E size.
