My husband suffers from diabetic neuropathy and finds these stability walker shoes to be the most comfortable. He can adjust the tightness with the straps; he can remove or use the insole depending on how his feet feel that particular day. He has had these shoes in each color and has had me reorder them each year, for the past 4-5 years.

This may just be related to narrow widths but I experienced some sizing problems. I wear a size 10 (2A) and usually have to go to 10.5 in New Balance. Based on reviews, I ordered a size 10, returned for 10.5, and finally returned for 11.0. This one fits fine and the inserts match my 10.5 NB's. Again, may just be related to narrow widths. [...]

I never commented on a product in my life. When I saw the opportunity to comment on this shoe, I couldn't wait! You have to wear them to believe them. I walked the Las Vegas strip from 8am to 11pm one day and my feet and legs were not tired at all. I felt as strong and as lively as when I started out in the morning. I ALWAYS have issues with my feet and legs after an ample amount of serious walking. I need to buy 10 pair to make sure I always have another on hand. PLEASE do not stop making this shoe exactly like you do now.

I wear this shoe 95 percent of the time. It is great in the gym and walking on all surfaces. I can only wear the velcro straps due to medical reasons and the stability walker is getting harder to find with the velcro straps.
